"So, I’ve been using this establishment on and off for the past eight years I would say. And a few weeks ago I brought in a very elegant dress to get hemmed and along with this alteration service they press your clothes as well. Unfortunately, they left a iron print towards the bottom of my dress, Not that noticeable unless you’re examining my dress, looking at it… But to me it’s principle of what you don’t do and if you do acknowledge it and let the customer know. So unfortunately I have expectations and when you don’t meet those I no longer need your services."
