John was professional, knowledgeable, prompt which are usually deal breakers for me . He checked all boxes. Besides my 2 carpeted rooms I choose to have several area rugs cleaned as well. "John, the owner, provided an exceptional level of service. He was easy to make arrangements with in the beginning. The carpets came very clean, and he got some difficult spots removed. The stairs not quite as good, but then who builds a house with off-white plush wall-to-wall carpeting on the stairs to the garage??? Nobody does stairs well. He was a pleasure to have in the house and an energetic worker. A very nice person, he gave us a senior discount. We recommend him highly."
