"The ladies did an excellent job cleaning our home. My husband and I have three animals who often make our house feel more like a zoo. But the Lotus cleaners were very pet friendly, introducing themselves to our fur babies before getting to work. When I returned home after the job was done I was astounded. Everything was dusted, polished, squeaky clean and smelled great! Our couches were vacuumed, trash taken out, windows cleaned, stove top and sinks left sparking, and our floors were GLEAMING! They truly did it all. Choosing a housekeeping service can be a bit scary for a first timer like me, but Lotus made scheduling and payment very easy. "You get what you pay for. These folks are thorough and good at what they do. It takes time to get someone scheduled so don’t expect next day turnaround, but I’ve been impressed every time. If you have specifics you need to convey it may be necessary to use a translation tool. My first two cleaners from this company didn’t speak much English, and I’m not any good at Spanish but using Apple’s translation app we got the job done."
"I have used Lotus twice, the first time I had a positive experience as they did a good job and the price was very fair. However, this most recent time I was very disappointed that the cleaners broke a valuable item of mine and I didn't realize until a couple days later. When I reported it they told me that it was already broken that's why I wasn't notified. I told them there was no way it could have been broken before and they offered no refund or credit just that they will work on having their teams be better at reporting broken items."
