"They ruined a blanket I dropped off for cleaning, after I was assured they knew how to clean it. The manager yelled, called me derogatory names and followed me out of the store when I questioned whether I should be charged for the blanket. It was hand-woven in Turkey and is not replaceable. Please avoid them - if you look on Yelp, there are unfortunately many similar reviews."
"I’ve lived abroad, in Maryland, NYC, and in SF and Marina Cleaners tops every other dry-cleaning/laundry/shoe & sneaker cleaning (I don’t own purses but I’m sure that too,) etc. service I’ve ever been to. Archie and his staff are second to none... they epitomize customer service and underscore the value of “the customer is always right.” 5/5 stars (6 if I could give it) to them. The only negative I can think of is since they’ve set the bar so high that if I ever move and need a new cleaning service, I’m sure to be disappointed. Thank you, Archie and your team! - Dean"

"I've taken my clothes to Marina Cleaners for 15 years and haven't been disappointed. Over the years I've asked that something be redone about 3 times and it was worth the extra time and no extra charge. They have wet cleaned the quilts my Mom hand stitched before she died with beautiful results and all spots removed. They even hang dry them to reduce wear and tear on an heirloom. In a pinch when I needed a costume cleaned in a day they came through for me. I've moved a couple of times and always come back to them. No one else cares about the work they do as much as Marina Cleaners!"
"Don't know about the person with the UGGS, but my experience has been absolutely top notch. I have used 10 different cleaners here in SF. I have now been using Marina Cleaners for four years because they are excellent. Never lose anything. All items cleaned well. Very friendly and always concerned about their customers. I would guess that there is A LOT more to that UGGS story than the author wrote...that does not seem like the family that runs Marina Cleaners at all."
