"In searching for a carpet cleaner, I went on Nextdoor, I asked friends and family, I googled carpet cleaning near me and everything seemed so overwhelming. I talked to Atlas, and the nice man talked at me for the longest time. Very nice and knowledgeable, but all I needed was three bedrooms and a hallway with carpet steam cleaned, not a 45 minute phone call. Continued on google and found NorCal. Wow. Where were you when I first googled!??? This company is perfection. Being able to request an appointment online by simply clicking what you need (bedroom - $X, hallway - $X) increasing the number of bedrooms you need cleaned by pressing the + button, entering some info and picking your preferred date/time. HOW IS THIS SO EASY AND WHY ISN’T EVERYTHING IN LIFE LIKE THIS!???? And… they were on time, personable, and did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets which are still glowing 7 months later. We hadn’t had a professional cleaner in 5 years (I have a professional green machine) and they fixed that up real quick. Didn’t take long, didn’t skimp on quality of service, and dried within a couple hours. Perfect. I will use NorCal for life if they continue this level of service and ease, and for those @ NorCal… We appreciate you and thank you for everything you do. See you in 2023."

"Wow! What an easy, fast, cost-effective experience! Mario was right on time and very friendly, easy to talk to. Had the carpeting throughout my condo cleaned—all the problem areas from my dogs magically vanished! Also had the tile/grout cleaning in my kitchen/entry way—SOoooo much better.
