"I met with Bill a couple of days ago. He was very intelligent, softspoken and well mannered, if any of this is relevant. I needed my body cross to be adjusted and it was done by him or his crew with impeccable quality and speed. The work was done in less than two days, as Bill suggested during the initial meeting with him. The price was very reasonable. I am a very happy about the whole process and the outcome. "Took my chain in for repair before thanksgiving and up until now we still haven’t received. I have been asking to return it if they can’t fix it and they keep making excuses that the jeweler is not in yet and said they will call and never received a phone call. Very very bad service! I will be reporting this to business bureau and I still don’t receive any response regarding my chain. Last Name NAUER"
"They act like you’re bothering them. Not friendly at all. They charged $50 for a cleaning fee without telling me that they were going to clean my item. I came in for a completely different service. They didn’t even call to let me know that my watch was ready to be picked up. I will never return there or recommend their business."
"I been in Vallejo for years and drove by this business way to many time without stopping. If I would have known the impeccable service and how they made me feel like part of the family I would have been going there for all my jewelry and watch repair needs. I only been there twice and I will say they made me feel like i been coming here for years. The service and conversation felt like you could stay there all day. Bill had also gave me a pardon gift which stunned me even more. They have incredible prices for high end items. I would definitely trust them with any timepiece or jewelry of mine in the future.
