"I brought in my sofa cushion covers on a Tuesday and they said they would be done on Friday. When I showed up on Friday they were not done and could not give me a time of completion. The girl at the counter told me the dry cleaning guy was really backed up. I went back the next day and they were done. I brought them home excited to use our couch again only to open up the packages and realize that they hadn't been touched. There were still feathers on them from the cushions in addition to spots of dried food that I could pick off with my nail. They also still had the same stains on them that they had when I dropped them off. My experience is that if there is a spot on an item that can't be removed a little sticker is placed on it so you know they tried. There were no stickers on any of the items. I immediately took them back in and requested a refund, since it was a Saturday there was no manager to help. The girls at the front asked if I wanted to leave them again and I told them no. I didn't want this cleaners to wreck my cushions and therefor my expensive sofa. The girls told me the manager would call me on Monday and they would express how dirty they were. They even stated that they should have been checked a few times and that someone should have caught the spots I could easily point out. I asked if I should not take them someplace else before talking to manager. The assured me that was unnecessary. I bought them somewhere else and waited for the manager. Monday came and went. I had to call on Thursday and the manager(KRIS) asked me what I wanted. I told her I am requesting a refund on a service that I wasn't provided. She told me repeatedly that I could bring them back in even after I told her they were already somewhere else. She also told me that she personally took them out of the dry cleaning machine herself so she can confirm that they were cleaned. She also told me later in the conversation that she had not been in the shop for the last week because he father had died on Saturday and she was in the hospital before that. She told me they don't give refunds but she could credit my account 20 dollars. I told her I was never coming back there so a credit is no good to me. To boot Kris told me that she has only not been able to satisfy two other customers before me. Obvious from the other reviews that is another lie that come out of this managers mouth. To confirm my suspicions when I did get them back from the other cleaners they had no feather, spots or dried food and they were softer and smelled better. I am 100% sure that Chardonnay Cleaners did not clean my cushions but instead wrapped them in plastic and sent me home and charged my card. I will never use them again."
