"Scammer. Do not trust this guy. I've reported him for fraud. He has no clue what he's doing and keeps having to return wanting payment every time until eventually he stops returning your calls and ignores you when his botched job breaks yet again. Thanks to him I'm now paranoid and don't trust anyone to do repairs. He came to my house four times to repair my water heater and every single time it just broke again, the last time replacing it with a new one which costed a fortune, which still broke after only a few months because he didn't install it correctly. Also leaves a huge mess behind that I'm expected to clean up. I can't afford to deal with as*h&les like this.. mentally, emotionally or financially."

"Jim was a lifesaver. I have had a water heater problem for over a year and he met me at the house in a time convenient for me and initially solved the problem. It turned out another issue needed to be resolved and he went out of his way to make sure that problem was fixed the same day. He also fixed my toilet which was never originally mentioned. All of his work was excellent, I gained some valuable knowledge on water heaters, and he was very reasonable with the costs. He's the best and I highly recommend him."
