"I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. When I came in to pick them up, I noticed that the fabric around the waist band was damaged and told the attendent. Management chose to do nothing in the way of compensation for the damage. These were the highly technical kind of outdoors pants that would cost $80 to replace. Since these were worn, I would have settled for no charge for hemming the pants, but I got the run around. I will not use this business again."
