They demanded a non-ambulatory person make an in-person branch visit in order to allow online access - which they promptly revoked. Then they lied to us about the beneficiary status of our account, forcing us into a completely unnecessary probate petition. I will never work with Schwab again, but especially this branch."

"The individuals who work at this location were not only unfriendly but unknowledgeable. I had to wait two separate times for over 40 minutes to get a simple answer. Once my paperwork was completed, it was never filed and I had to redo the paperwork, scan and submit online. The incompetence was staggering and I hope to never have to return."

The parking lot is always crowded, though, except in the early morning, because the branch is situated right near a large mall, the Del Amo Fashion Center."
