"Nate came by and cleaned the hell out of my spot. Carpets look great, wood floor looks great. I’ve got three dogs, and he took the carpets back to prime condition. Even dug deep on some paint and dog vomit stains. Wood floor is polished up too. Very happy with the service. 10/10 would recommend and hire again."

"Overall really happy with this experience and the results. Was a little frustrated that my original estimate was for two full bedrooms and a staircase but when the kid arrived to do the job I requested that maybe in place of the square footage covered by two large beds, two dressers and some other furniture that would not be getting shampooed, I get a small exposed area of a downstairs area rug given a once over instead and was told no. I was told it would be an extra $40 due to time and product. This small area rug was less than the square footage included in my estimate so logically made no sense and seemed really petty when wanting to establish and maintain clients for the long haul. I was disappointed in this decision to charge more so I declined and will likely not use this service again because that felt like a silly decision and no additional time or product would have been used than had the beds and dressers not been in the two bedrooms."
