"I was very distressed to find that when my dog Duke was groomed here, they cut his whiskers completely off. I noticed this when he had trouble playing fetch, as dogs use their whiskers for a myriad of things balance and spacial awareness amongst them. when I called to notify them about what had happened, they informed me that they ALWAYS cut off the whiskers completely. when I asked them how long they had been doing that ...they replied 22 years. I then asked them if they had any idea of what a dog uses their whiskers for, and they did not. Really? I thought you cared for dogs, and you don't know anything about them? such ignorance after 22 years. how can you not know something so obvious? makes me very leery of the staffs ability, no matter how much they cater to a fancy crowd. don't be fooled. apparently they don't know much about the animals they are supposed to care for. in their defense, they said they would be calling a vet about the matter today. so... 22 years of ineptitude, no apology."

"Hands down the best grooming salon I’ve ever been to! The owner Edgar is absolutely amazing and truly has a passion for what he does. He takes so much pride in his shop. My groomer KC is so talented and gentle. My dog adores her and I know he is in the best hands. I have had some awful grooming experiences in the past and I trust Swaggs immensely. I will never go anywhere else. The quality of work is well worth the money being spent. If you bring your dog here, just know they will be treated like royalty!"

"Took my two English cream golden retrievers here. They came out smelling ahmaaaazing! And soooo white and fluffy and soft. My dogs paws, which are normally rough were even soft!! Beautiful job! The best part was they surprised us with these absolutely adorable photos they took of them with a Happy New Year backdrop. Such a nice touch. Thank you so much for a great grooming experience!"

"I’m always so happy with this place. Both the dogs I have taken here have extreme anxiety and this is the only place that my dogs seem comfortable at. The groomers are incredible and make my boys look so adorable. On top of that, the prices aren’t anything crazy. I live a few cities down (about ~40 min drive w/o), but I’m happy to make the commute because this place is so fantastic. This is the only place I’ll be taking my dogs to so long as they’re open :)"
