"I have been trying to transfer 401K funds from FinDec for 2 YEARS! I've emailed and called a dozen times. If I actually get a response, I'm told my account management has been given to a new person. Over this period of time, there have been 4 different people "managing" my account, but no one responds. I've worked with several financial advisers and firms and have NEVER worked with a firm as unprofessional and unresponsive as this one! I would give them zero stars if that was possible. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO FINDEC!"

"I have been trying to transfer my money to a different 401K for 3 months. No action is taken unless I call or send multiple email reminders. After 2 months my money was finally transferred but the amount was incorrect and now I have spent the last month trying to get that reconciled. Additionally, I was never able to link my Findec account to any of my other financial planning platforms which is one of the reasons I decided to move my money."
