"Staff were friendly and professional, but when I walk in a place I expect to be able to ask some questions and get some work done. In this branch they primarily give you forms and if you have any questions they give you a business card or sticky-note with phone numbers of support staff. If I wanted to conduct business over the phone I wouldn't walk in! I don't get it. Frustrating more cannot be done in this branch."

"The staff is lazy! Do as little as possible policy. I just opened an account online and needed help depositing and buying a CD. The young Asian lady at the front desk told me I couldn't deposit in the branch. If I can't deposit in the branch, open an account, or place a trade. What is her job there? She immediately wanted to turn me down for assistance. After telling her that someone on the phone told me I could deposit in the branch, she was reluctant to take my deposit. She asked for my account number. She was watching me log into my account. It took a few minutes for me to get the account number she requested. She could have asked for my social security number to locate my account number, but it was too much work for her to do. They were lazy and provided the worst customer service."

"THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS BRANCH. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY THEY SAID THE WERE MANAGING TO MUCH MONEY TO BE BOTHERED ANSWERING THE PHONE."

"I totally disagree with the previous review. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Schwab branch. The brokers and their assistants have gone out of their way to help and make sure that I understood exactly what had transpired. They have been extremely helpful and always pleasant. I can't image who you were talking with on the phone but I have certainly never encountered them. Shawn"
