"Today, Vicky went above and beyond. My Izzy girl was attacked by another dog, and the vet had to shave her entire behind to have a closer look under all the double coated fur. Fortunately, it appears there is only soft tissue damage/swelling, and the emotional trauma of being attacked, but the shaved behind was hideous looking. Vicky gave Izzy a fresh cut all over to blend the shaved area and she did it free of charge, without an appointment and without hesitation. She was very gentle knowing Izzy has areas of pain and swelling. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of the care provided and the stellar job she did. Izzy and I both thank you, Vicky!!!"

"Did good work for years on our schnauzer and it was great. Emma did not get clipper burn and was always tidy looking even when her schnauzer bumps were more prolific in her old age. When our Emma passed we brought by our new dog (a rescued schnauzer who we can see has socialization with dogs to work on) and she would not take her at all. I get that to a point of course, its her shop and she is busy. In fairness, Luna needs some training which she is getting and some help to be better with other dogs. If not for the snarky "why did you rescue HER" that was said to my wife about our new dog my review would be different. If you have a well mannered easy dog, Vicky does very good work and is reasonably price. If your dog has any behavior problems whatsoever, go elsewhere and avoid the judgment and snarky commentary. Who honestly needs that. Just say sorry I cant take her right now, say something nice and we would have found another option and understood. Luna needed a haircut and another groomer (who we used before Vicki) happily took her in, stated how sweet she was (even though she was clearly nervous and very barky) and did a great job on her. Clearly pet lovers at this place. Glad some people understand that a rescued dog still needs a hair cut. Once your dog meets Vicky's obviously strict standards (her right of course to have that) then come back if you want and the cut and quality will be there."
