"I appreciate the customer service and willingness to accept my dog despite his breed. I have a very timid lab/Weimaraner/chow. At the time, he had an infection in his toe where 2 nails were growing down into his dewclaw. I explained to her that he’s going to the vet the next day and to just not bother with his toe. Well, she decided to rip his toe nail from his toe and charged me for it. My dog was in so much pain. She said she did it because the vet would charge me a lot more money. I wasn’t concerned about the cost, I was concerned about my dog receiving humane medical attention and proper grooming.. They also put a muzzle around my terrified dog because of his breed. At the time I was new to dog ownership. My dog, King, had a lot of issues and wasn’t previously given proper care. Looking back, I should have trusted my instincts and left. I previously scheduled an appointment for my dog Prince but I canceled it! I will say, King’s haircut was the best he has ever had. I just wish they stuck to what I told them and not treat my dog like he’s a dangerous animal because of his breed."

"Honestly you get what you pay for here. Yes, they are cheaper then some of the other groomers, but my dogs ALWAYS took 6 + hours to be groomed here. Often times Mary would tell me to bring them in right when they opened, only to not start them until like 3 or 4 in the afternoon. My poor dogs were crammed into the tiniest of cages and always came back stressed out and scared. Mary also, on several occassions, gave away my harnesses and leashes to other customers. Try VIP puppy in Fontana instead. Good pricing, fast, and efficient."
