"I’m very unsatisfied with the job he did. I had recently purchased a new harness for one of my two dogs to have come and find out that he cut and ripped it. As well as the fact that they had both still been very wet and not properly dried or had their hair and nails cut. I had paid for a full grooming for both and neither of them seemed to have anything but a quick bath. Despite that they still appear dirty as my husky has dirty front and back legs. Apart from the grooming process I also never received an appointment confirmation or made aware of the online payment error. I tried contacting him multiple times prior to the appointment regarding the confirmation and was never sent a response. I expected a reimbursement for the poor service as well as the harness but once I tried contacting him about these issues he refused to acknowledge it."
