Plus they always come home with a themed scarf or a cute flower or jewelry attached to their collar. The staff are all lovely people and are so gracious, they’re almost like family."

"I have been a long time customer of Ursula's pet grooming and continued to be a customer after Dog Gone Cute took over. Unfortunately the groomer we had for many years, left almost a year ago. The new groomer is nice, but I have two dogs and one was groomed by another person who absolutely screwed up the cut. The cut was uneven and a total mess. I called and complained, but other than apologizing, they did nothing. They didn't even offer to go back and see if they can correct it. For the price increase, the service provided is not good, unless you get lucky with a seasoned groomer."

"I have been a Dog Gone Cute Pet Spa customer for my samoyeds since they took ownership from Ursula's. I loved Ursula's and was satisfied with Dog Gone Cute Pet Spa until this last weekend. They had already raised prices 20% (to $120/dog). When I went in Saturday, Wendy told me there would be an 'extra charge' because of my dogs' thick undercoat. I was surprised since they had groomed them within the last 3 months and because in my 10+ years of samoyed ownership, I had never heard of this (extra charge). I asked for an estimate of how much and she said she couldn't give me one ... had 'no idea how long it would take' ...then I requested an estimate for the maximum cost. Again, she said not possible to give me a maximum cost. I said I can't believe you are so cavalier about letting a long time customer walk out the door. But she did. Would not give me a maximum cost. Below is a photo of my dogs on May 2nd. Their grooming (and undercoat) is NOT out of control. I don't think Dog Gone Cute wants to groom larger dogs with long hair. Attitude was unbelievable. I wish she would have been honest."
