"I took my cocker spaniel over to be groomed. And they refused to do her. Too many mats around her ears. Not true. It has only been three months since Last grooming. Unfortunately that former facility did close. From my perspective the reason to take one’s pet in for grooming is to bathe and remove mats from animal. I have never encountered this response before. And I have cared for dogs for over forty years. Shame on them! No recommendations here!"
"We’ve been going here for nails for a while and it’s been great but this was the first time going with the new owners and it was completely different. First they have increased their prices from $5 to a whopping $17 for a nail trim. Second in the pictures below on some nails they got very close to the quick and on others they left some nail skirting off. Just felt like it was carelessly done especially for the insane price increase. I will not be returning unfortunately."
"We have taken our little cutie here three times now. She gets nervous at the groomer, but they do a nice job of making her feel at ease. They are very attentive and always on time. Our pup always comes out looking like a dog model. We will continue to take her here."
