"The account is under my wife Blanca. We've been a customer of Pablo since 2011. I never had any problems with Pablo or his staff on the past. On May 5, 2022 I called Pablo's office because we received an Insurance bill from them stating that if we did not pay for it before the May 18, 2022 they were going to terminate the house Insurance contract. I called the office right away and Linda answered the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor because Linda couldn't give me the information I needed. Erika the supervisor answered the called. She was rude and very disrespectful and when I asked if I could speak to Pablo she told me that he was away from the office. Later on Pablo called and the voice that called didn't sound like the person I had spoken with on the past. He left me a message and he stated "that if I didn't like the service I was getting to just don't pay the bill and my House Insurance account was going to be terminated" but before he ended the phone call he said to call the office as soon as possible because he was leaving soon. It made me thing because supposedly he was not in the office. The following day I called my mortgage company they said that they made a mistake. They told me why the office didn't send them a reminder letter or a phone call would have been okay to solve the problem. I called Pablo again because I believe that we are not receiving the discount we deserve but they just said "yes" and refuse to talk to me. I'm very dissatisfied with how they are handling my account. I just want to speak with somebody who can help me."
