"I took my puppie for groom to get a hair cut ,but they refuse to cut her hair ,they told me they would just shower hair and trim her hair i paid $70dollars and all they did was showered her ,they did not trim her hair my puppie was acting weird when i pick her up i took her to the vet and they told me that her tail is broken,my puppie tail was functioning properly befire i drop her off ,I am never going there again, BE AWARE DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS"

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! THE WORST. I CAME HOME WITH A EXTREMELY DIFFERENT DOG, MY 8 MONTH YEAR OLD YORKI NEEDED A HAIR TRIM. THEY SHAVED HER FUR COMPLETELY WITHOUT CONSULTING ME ABOUT IT. THEY ONLY ACCEPTED CASH, VERY SUSPICIOUS. THOSE ARE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES. MY PUPPY’S WAS NOT TANGLED, I HAD DETANGLED HER HAIR 2 DAYS PRIOR TO TAKING HER TO GET GROOMED. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY. JULY 28th, 2022."
