"I really like Dr. Hadley; however, it's frustrating that the office seems to triple book appointments. My appointment was just to review my MRI. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment (so I got there shortly after the staff came back from lunch) and I explained that my daughter was waiting for me to pick her up. I didn't get into an exam room until 45 minutes after my appointment time, then waited another 15 to 20 minutes to be seen. My appointment only lasted about 5 minutes. By the time I picked my daughter up, she had already been waiting for over an hour (completely avoidable.) I expressed my frustration to Dr. Hadley. His comment was that if they didn't schedule the way they (you) do, patients would have to wait a lot longer to get on the schedule. It seems like padding the doctors' wallets is a higher priority than setting appointments in a way that is less apt to cause an inconvenience for your patients. If I showed up 45 minutes late for an appointment, I would likely lose my appointment and/or get charged a no show fee. Overbooking tells your patients that their time/schedule is insignificant, and inconveniencing them is no big deal."
"Dr. Hadley was NOTHING short of amazing!! He was friendly, respectful, easy to talk to and when I say he listened to me....he listened to me and I usually have a lot to say! After a year plus of constant pain and sleepless nights, to finally hear someone say "I can help you with that" brought tears to my eyes!! Dr. Hadley I am so thankful for that referral to you!!"

"Dr Hadley is a very caring and committed surgeon. He is thorough when explaing the details of your surgery and answeres all questions and concerns and doesnt dismiss any of them. Dr. Hadley makes sure your recovery is going as expected and if not hes there until you are better to move on from the surgery. Very glad i was referred to him for my medical needs."
