"Rude office staff and nurses I wish my moms surgeon could find a new place to work and staff because he seemed nice but the receptionist literally got into a shouting match with me when I tried to discuss my mothers improper discharge from Long Beach memorial with her Waited a whole week for appointment only to wait an hour to be called back another hour for the surgeon to come back while he was talking to my mom and i she came in rushing the surgeon out saying she had a “full house” then as we were leaving I stopped to use the bathroom since we were waiting so long and the nurse yelled at my elderly mother that I was not supposed to use the bathroom there They should learn how to talk to people and are lucky I didn’t hear about that until we were already downstairs"

"At the moment I have one week traying to make an appointment. They never answer the phone or they say they will call but never do, and in another occasion the receptionist said she needed to see the referral and told me to call my doctor to request that , isn't that their job?"

""1" star is a compliment for this stablishment! My primary Dr had praised Dr Rayhanabad but didn't mention anything about his operation! I presume my primary Dr had not dealt with Rayhanabad's staff! Every review you see, has a disappointing experience with the staff. On 26th of January I visited Dr Rayhanabad! Needless to metion, I was seen after approximately 1 hr delay! He seemed a reasonably knowledgeable Dr and he asked his assistant to set me up with a special ultrasound procedure which requires approval from my insurance/Medicare. His assistant was to find out and to notify me for the procedure! Today is February 9th and no news as yet! I still walk with my veins bulging in pain which he diagnosed as blood clots! Make the long story short, avoid this stablishment unless they are the last ones on earth!"

"I know you don’t like bad reviews, but I just want to be honest with you, since you were honest with me. You didn’t have to say that it looks like I “don’t know what I’m doing” because I am juggling multiple things in my life. I live in a single parent household, my dad just died, and so I have two jobs in order to help my mom financially. Who are you to say that I don’t know what I’m doing? During the job interview you could’ve asked me how are you going to manage your time or what do you do to prioritize tasks? Something along those lines. Also do your research, how can you not know what an EMT is?"

"Yikes! Kathy is extremely rude and has the most abrasive tone. I work at another doctor's office in the area, we referred a patient over for a surgery. It is hard to get in touch with their office, their processes are extremely delayed, and when I did get in touch, Kathy was literally yelling at me through the phone, simply for following up on paperwork. She was also bad talking the doctor, to the patient. Unprofessional does not begin to describe her behavior. We will never again refer a patient to Dr. Vannix, which is unfortunate, because patients are actually happy with his care, but not with having to deal with his front office staff."
