"Waited over 2 hours for my 9am appointment. Never waited more than 15 for any other study, including other CNS locations. Ended up leaving. Why make appointments if you can't keep them?"
"This place has one of the longest and most drawn out screening processes of any clinical trial company that I've been to across the U.S.. You fast for 8 to twelve hours from the day before the screening and you're seating in their lobby at 3pm on screening day without a bite to eat because they haven't drawn your blood yet. You are a real lab rat here. They forget about the human factor. The 4th floor overflow area is pretty much a smelly dungeon and the beds are about a foot apart in some rooms. No recreation areas but you can go outside on the smoke breaks"
