"Made an appointment two weeks ago with Dr. Sharma and they called last minute, the day of my appointment, to reschedule. Rescheduled my appointment to the following week. I find myself running behind by a few minutes and called ahead to notify them; I was told I'd receive a 15 min grace period. I arrive within the 15 minutes and was told to wait outside the front door for someone to retrieve me. 10+ minutes go by until someone shows up to basically turn me away. Find yourself a doctor and staff that are actually professional and don't have issues with communication. I'm a new patient looking for a reliable medical team-- these guys are not it."

"I spoke to a lovely lady today by the name of Daisy. She was such a sweetheart when i got sent to her. So I being passed around from caller to caller just to try and refill my prescription all of them being ruder then the last. By the time i got to her i pretty much just gave up at that point but once she answered and i heard her cheerful voice my mentality changed. I was extremely thrilled when she was able to help me out instead of sending me to another office or to another person. If i was her boss i would definitely give her a raise and employee of the month. She is definitely someone who cares about the patients and their needs. Keep up the amazing personality and friendly attitude daisy!"

"Thieves! I went in and my copay was $60, they ran my debit cared but came back to me saying it didn’t go through, so I gave them my card again. The gave it back saying it finally went through but at the end of my appointment my wife checking our bank account and it showed it went through four times! I went back to the reception desk and they said they couldn’t help me, I’d have to call back the next day. I called the next day and was transferred to different departments. Finally talked to someone in billing and they said they would investigate. It has been a few days and haven’t heard back. They stole $180 from me! I know it wasn’t intentional, but they have done nothing to rectify it. They are hard to get ahold of and they do not want to help. So, if you use this clinic do not use card, bring cash. This place sucks!"

"I do not do a lot of reviews, but I was surprised this office on my had star. I recently had to switch to new insurance because of my new job. I was nervous because I had the same doctors for over ten years. Joe at this office has been amazing. He is not only helpful but he is relatable and made me feel more comfortable. He addressed the issues I sought him out for and went over issues I have been working to find a specialist for. He might even get me to do my first flu shot. I hate needles!"

"I have been very patient with this place. I scheduled an appointment about a month prior. I get a call a week before the appointment and the person on the phone stated that they have to cance my appointment. I asked for specifics and they responded that the doctor won't be in that day. Wth? Anyways, I rescheduled my appointment 3 days out. They confirmed the time. So anyways that day arrives, I visit the doctors office for a very important appointment and guess what.... the guy at the front desk said that my appointment has been cancelled. They didn't even call me to tell me any of that. They just cancelled it without any reason. Maybe they find my situation not as important as it seems. This is ridiculous. I am done with this place. Do not go here for your health related needs. They are very unprofessional. The front desk team should be sent to a training session on how to service people. I am over this place. They did ask if I want to reschedule I told him nope. You can let it be. I'm going to keep my entire relationship with scrips hospital I am done here."
