"this doctors office is extremely unprofessional starting with kimberly bekemeier, who i consulted on a professional basis of medical practice resulting in me starting hormone replacement therapy. we had two appointments one in person, where things seemed very rushed & like she didn’t want to take time to speak with me about what i was consulting. the next appointment was a telehealth phone appointment where we had went over the results of my blood tests, she said that they were “all good” and an endocrinologist would be reaching out to me, the endocrinologist NEVER called or reached out to me as well as kimberley bekemeier, i called back a couple months back to try and waive my blood test fee because of the lack of communication and no responses back after reaching out several times. they claimed that they had been trying to call me and made several attempts and sent over the forms that needed to send me. i never got any mail or phone calls. the doctors office is calling me and being extremely rude and trying to act in a condescending way when they talk to me so i will be reporting every single person i had a phone call granted the female who i spoke to today on the phone in the billing department who would continue to talk over me and treated me like i was stupid and then proceeded to hang up the phone with me. i will be reporting you to the state! what you guys are doing to me is Illegal. it’s called malpractice. hope it was worth your jobs(:"

"Fortunately I have been able to arrive on time and get in at least close to my scheduled appointment. Front desk people are awesome and helpful, doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and caring and never seen to be in a hurry but somehow get the patients in close to appointment times"
