"I've had a frustrating experience with this office regarding payment and billing. Despite paying $425 upfront for custom orthotics, which my insurance fully covers, the office failed to submit the claim and refund my payment. I've been bounced between the office and billing company with no resolution. Both the office manager and billing contact promised to call me to resolve the issue but never did. This office's operation is broken, and they are passing the responsibility to patients. I've escalated the issue through my insurance, hoping they can help resolve this matter. The office is obligated to submit the claim as an in-network PPO provider, which I confirmed.The physician's examination and ordering of custom orthotics was fine, but the office operation fell short."

However, in the case of Moulton Podiatry Group/Dr. Cox, I am forced to make an exception. This practice only cares about generating bills and revenue. The medical solutions they prescribe do not work, they just want to generate bills. I went to this practice and also took my wife. We both got zero results and huge bills even though we went here because it was a Anthem Blue Cross Provider. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking legal action for approximately $900 of additional charges even though insurance paid $800 for me and wife's office visit. The pain that this practice is causing me is much worse than the minor foot pain I had. I wish we never set foot in this place. Stay away from here is my advice."
