As an insult to injury, he will not approve your medication refills unless he sees you. I totally lost faith in visiting the office of this doctor. "Just started with this doctor, on face value Dr. Mattar is very personable however his staff the meat and potato's of the operation is not very effective when dealing with medications or the approval process for various procedures that one may need. Their attention to details like calling people back within an acceptable time frame is poor at best. This is a deal breaker for me especially when its dealing with ones health, without that we have nothing and if the Doctors staff show signs that they don't care your screwed!!"
