"The most horrible experience...I showed allergic reaction to what I received at their practice. Called several times and no result. When I complained to their office staff, very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional bunch hung up on me! No office manager! These girls will ultimately destroy this practice, and if these doctors are smart enough, they should fire them all!!! This practice is strictly about numbers $$$, they're not in it for medicine, it's only a business!"

"Dr. Motlagh does provide you with prescriptions that other doctores normally could or would not easily provide; however i never go to her for serious matters; i do not trust her professional judgments! I do not think she cares about her patients’ health!"

"I've been going the Dr. Motlagh for a few years, and it's kind of a one stop shop as a primary care doc should be. I was just in for a blood draw and they were short staffed, but Dr. Motlagh did the draw herself, and I didn't wait long. She runs a very efficient office. The staff has always been friendly and as doc appointments go, I'm in and out quickly."

"I would not recommend this doctor as a patient who has been selecting DR Motlagh as my primary doctor for over 3 years now Bc I have had situations where I needed care right away and have paid the visit fee on the phone and have been promised that the doctor or the physician will call and they never did. I also have had situations where I needed to get a doctor’s note for my work and they never received one despite my constant calls and reminding them that I have not received any notes in my Email (Neither my inbox or spam folder). That is not acceptable and it is totally disrespectful towards your patient."

"This office is so incredibly shady and will find ways to overcharge its patients illegally. I have been illegitimately receiving a bill for a visit I had a year ago that isn't my legal responsibility to pay. I've contacted my insurance representatives who have confirmed that this charge is PROVIDER responsibility yet they continue to mail the same bill in hopes that they can scam me into paying it. My insurance has reached out multiple times to inform them that they are not allowed to bill me but they don't seem to care. DO NOT visit this office. They will make up charges to nickel and dime their patients while providing subpar service, whether medical or cosmetic."
