"If I could give this zero stars I would. It seems like this clinic doesn’t care at all for it’s patients. The waiting time is dreadful, there is no use if you have an appointment they still make you wait. The only good thing about it is Dr. Devera and the nurse, Luis. They do care for their patients. But as for Dr. Regis she doesn’t care at all. She always rushes everything, never takes time to ask her patients if they have any questions, and she doesn’t properly explain things. In my most recent appointment with her she rushed me, I couldn’t even explain everything that was wrong before she guided me out of the room saying “she had to see her other patient,” which annoyed the hell out of me. I had to wait a whole hour in the waiting room, then another hour just to be seen by the doctor and I received that? Very unprofessional, I don’t understand why she’s even a doctor to begin with."

"I've had my children here for a few years now the majority of the staff is super nice and caring Dr. Oscar De Vera is super nice and religious as well. In my opinion it is better to go in with an appointment because you have to either call in super early or be outside when they open or be there by 1-2 or so for their next walk ins because as stated in other reviews you will be waiting for hours to see if anyone is a no show or cancels their appointment. I've had it happen to me twice and was super upset but you live and learn and call ahead of time if not they also have an after hours place they recommend and urgent care. But even then you also have to call and make sure they accept your insurance. As for staff members Louie the back office MA that draws blood is super nice with the children and finds a good way to do it. Paula is nice as well she has good stories. And Sonya she is super talkative but is really nice loud but nice lol."

"Waited for 4 hours and they just said there was no space for a walkin .My 1 year old was tired and frustrated the whole time. They are terrible . i wish i could give negative stars"

"Horrible service! This clinic doesn't care about their patients. The staff is horrible specially the receptionist Erika she gives the worst customer service. Because of her my mother wasn't able to attend to her neurologist appointment because she cancel her refferal letter. Also every time my mother goes to the dr the female doctor Reyes always complaints and says that she can only help with two health issues per visit. What type of Doctor does that? Also when the guy on the lab doesn't care about health when his drawing blood he doesn't wear gloves. That's discussting!"

"Horrible experience. The doctors are caring and know their stuff, but the receptionist lack skills, 2 out of the 3 just gossip about the patients, about going shopping at the malls in front of everyone waiting to be attended in the waiting room. The floors are dirty, covered in hair. Don't even ask about the wait time, even if you have an appointment you will be waiting for an hour or more out there, while the receptionist gossip. Place would be a lot better with better educated/professional receptionists."
