"They changed their hrs to 5pm close. Had a paper sign posted on door. Didn't update online or their phone system prompt. Wasted my time for no good reason."

"I went to Labcorp in Rolling Hills Estates CA and I asked for a smaller needle and she used a smaller one. When I say I usually hate bloodwork and I tend to get dizzy this time it was the opposite I didn’t hate it and I didn’t get dizzy. Jasmine did an excellent job I could barley feel it. I have never had this good of a bloodwork done. I have had horrible bloodwork experiences somewhere else but this one wasn’t one of them."

"The staff were very nice and the place was clean. When you walk in you check-in at a kiosk and it literally takes 20 seconds to complete! I only had to wait 5 minutes for my service. I had a little problem finding the place but other than that my experience was positive and I plan on coming to this location from now on!!"

"Easy parking, nice to wait on outdoor benches. But the techs cannot use their brains at this branch. If you have a complex test, go to a branch in Torrance or risk getting it screwed up here. They made us discard a stool sample because an adjacent urine cup leaked on it (the stool inside was not contaminated). Do you know how hard and unpleasant it is to get a stool sample turned in during working hours? Hard enough that I would have happily transferred it to a fresh container if they wanted. Nooooo. We have had tests skipped, tests processed wrong, and refusal to draw send-out labs here. We have dropped off specimens and they have lost them. We have called and left messages with questions and never once have they called back (contrary to what their message promises). Problems occur almost every other visit. Unfortunately we are regulars, so we have racked up enough visits to know. Basically, this site is just for really simple routine blood draws. The techs are very very rule bound and uncreative thinkers for anything more challenging."

"Came here 10 minutes before closing on Tuesday and was able to check in very easily using the computer at the front door. The staff is super friendly and very competent. I have extremely small veins and was worried because I’ve had difficulties in the past getting blood drawn, but the lady here was a pro and got my vein on the first try. Clean facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere."
