"Worst front desk and scheduling experience ever! I scheduled a visit online but only was told there was no appointment when I arrived with my son. I was not offered to be rescheduled on the spot and was just being shrugged off. Filed a customer complaint and got nowhere."

"I wish I had asked for more details on how much an urgent care visit would cost. After paying for my visit through Sutter Health's online portal, I received a surprise bill from another company for $121 dollars for an arm sling I received during my visit. If I had been told ahead of time I would be charged so much money, I would have just bought one at the local pharmacy or on amazon for 10x less cost. I feel taken advantage of when I came to this facility in a time of need."

"This is the worst place that I have ever visited for my health care. I went there twice with no health issues just to do my annual preventive care. Each time I ended up with a huge bill. I found the doctor, Yuxuan (John) Dang, a dishonest person whose main interest is to come with a way to charge patients. Supposedly, your doctor should be someone you trust so that you can discuss your history freely. Indeed, he uses those conversations to find ways to charge you. The billing department is basically useless, there is no point in calling them. They will tell you they will review the issue, and unsurprisingly, they will send you the same ridiculous reasons that they came up with in the first place to charge you. These guys have put their self-interest above the needs of their patients. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this location that I will never enter any Sutter Health facilities. Save yourself a big headache, avoid this doctor and do not step in this location."

"Have been visiting here for a couple of years now for the annual checks. The doctors are good, the facility is nice and easy to reach, ample parking. I have always received prompt response from the care team as and when I have asked them for an appointment or any other suggestions."
