"We had a very bad experience. I bought the Crimson Wreath for my closest friend, and I was so exited for her to receive my gift. It was really horrible. The smell was like death, and the flowers almost black, bad looking, it is like a funeral wreath not Christmas. The smell was so bad that she through it away before I can return it. I bought flowers at Venus before, and had a great experience, but this time I spent $400 to through it away. Do not buy this item."
"Flowers are absolutely horrible looking. I have exchanged the same flower 4 times hoping for a better result. At first the company was saying that this doesn’t meet their quality standard but now that it has been 4 times and I’ve asked for a refund they have changed their tune saying that these flowers do meet their standard. So if you’re looking for a company who over charges you and lies to customers about their quality of work. This is the company for you. The pictures they post online are not an accurate representation of the actual product or company. A luxury brand would never let a flower go to a customer like this. I bought 7 for my bridesmaids and thank god they came to my house first and I didn’t send it right to them because I would have been embarrassed."

"i purchased the papaya color for my best friends birthday and might i say when i received the flowers in the mail it was packaged super safely. the flowers are so beautiful and smelled super fresh and minty almost. only downfall was i ordered a happy birthday lid and i still haven’t received it which is now unnecessary because her birthday passed. besides not receiving my full order everything else was amazing"
