"Their customer service tone overall is horrible. No welcoming customers, or attention and continuing to talk about their personal life’s is not professional. They forget that even if the customer is WIC we’re still customers after all, and they've willingly agreed to give you our money."

"I never usually write reviews but today I went in and Cindy helped me. Her customer service was okay but when it came to organizing my stuff she was LAZY. Usually when I go to Norwalk they organize all my stuff so neatly. She also made me put my own stuff on the cart when I have never done so usually they also organize It in the cart for you. She did offer to help me out to my car but by this point I was so unsatisfied with the customer service I just wanted to leave."

"As of today, I will NEVER go back to this store and I’ve been coming since you opened here in bellflower! Your employees Cynthia and another small skinny girl with black hair are very disrespectful. They were whispering in each others ears. They were also just very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. They were very childish and not working in a professional matter."

"This is the nearest Mothers store that I know and it is right next to Wic so it is convenient to stop and use my Wic checks, but I don’t like to go in often because every time I leave there dissatisfied with my customer service. Most of the girls seem to hate their job and makes me wonder how they get hired to work there."

"Love the service, the freebies, the products. They are super fast and help you take your bags to your car. Reasonable prices. Very clean and orderly premises. I just wish they would carry more organic products."
