"I’ve ordered many times from Strelitzia over the years and have always been very happy with their quality. This week, the gift I ordered for my wife was a little underwhelming so I contacted them to let them know. I sent them photos as requested and they immediately said they would make it right. They couldn’t have been more understanding and apologetic and today my wife received a make-up bouquet and it was phenomenal. It’s rare they ever don’t exceed expectations on their quality and work, and today they just went above and beyond on their customer service. Just a great local shop that continues to earn our support."
"I've come to realize Strelitzia is the only florist I will use for any Yolo county events/deliveries. The service was awesome with the follow up call to confirm. "I must say I was very disappointed with the flowers. There just like 5 roses and all stuffed with green plants, I even gave a big tip hoping it would be a great bouquet and yet it wasn't. I saw your reviews and it's why I went for it. I spent over $300 I would imagined it looked better than a store bought bouquet. The stems were long but all honesty I feel is not worth your money."
