"I feel sick to my stomach that I wasted $75 and disappointed my wife on Valentine's Day. But, it was my fault for not checking online reviews first. I wish I had. I preordered a bouquet of red roses for Valentine's Day about a month ahead of time. I picked them up on Feb 12 but I noticed immediately some things wrong. The stems were dry (indicating they were not in water), the pedals were slightly wrinkled, and some of the leafy arrangement had holes in it from bugs. But, I was in a hurry so I just hoped for the best. I took them home and clipped the leaves (from the foliage not the roses) that had holes, etc. The next day the roses were opening way too fast and losing pedals. About three roses were completely wilting. I was going to just take the loss but I decided to try and ask for a refund. So, five days after I took the roses home I brought them back and asked for a refund. The owner flat refused me and said there can be no refunds for perishable items. He said maybe after three days but not one week (again this was day 5). I tried to reason with him. I don't like going to big stores for gifts, I like to support small businesses so I went to him instead of a place like Costco. He took apart the bouquet and accused me of not putting them in water (which acknowledges there was something wrong with them). I advised I put them in fresh water every day and I know how to clip flowers. I told him if he spent $75 on something that turned out to be terrible in quality that he would also want a refund. He pulled out the six clearly wilted roses and offered to replace them. I told him I wanted a refund. Again he refused so I advised him I'd be leaving this review and left the trash he sold me on the counter. On the way out he just yelled that he would leave a response to my review saying I was lying but I told him I already had pictures. (He told another person he scammed that he would just pay online companies to remove the bad reviews) His website guarantees a refund but it's a lie. I feel violated like someone just stole my wallet. If you are reading this- BUYER BEWARE! Bad flowers, bad faith, bad business."

"The owner of this florist went above and beyond today. My dad called late in the day and asked if flowers could be delivered to me today because I was having an awful day and my dad wanted me to feel loved and supported. The owner went all the way back to the shop, created a beautiful arrangement and delivered them to my house, all within a very, very short time frame. The roses are very nice quality and smell amazing! Thank you to this kind owner for doing this for my father and I. You have earned all of my future business."

"I ordered from the website. I live in a different state and due to the pandemic, I could not travel to San Diego to be with my daughter on her Graduation day! The florist called me the next morning because he was out of stock of the celebration mug used in this arrangement. He made sure to find a better solution, one I didn't see online. We texted back and forth. He sent me a picture of the mug. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I told him I wanted it to be as beautiful and bright as my daughter! She was very happy and sent me a picture. It is better than the one I envisioned! Thank you! As an extra bonus this florist has great prices!"

"I called the florist, Amir, just before he was going to close. I explained we needed a wristlet for my son to give to his prom date. He checked to see if he had the right color of flowers and said he'd have it ready in 20 minutes. We picked it up and it was beautiful, plus $10 cheaper than any other florists! Thank you Amir!"

"I'm surprised to see this florist has an overall rating of 4.5 stars on Google and if I could leave zero stars today I would. Consider checking out YELP reviews...eye opening. Incredibly unprofessional business that doesn't take pride in its work or ownership of its mistakes. Flowers were to be delivered on a Tuesday and that afternoon I received a phone call that the flowers were left on my MIL's front porch on the table with an umbrella. I immediately knew something was wrong because my MIL doesn't have a porch with a table and umbrella. She looked and looked and looked and no flowers were left anywhere. Suddenly, later in the evening, she went out to water her yard and there on the front porch, on the ground was a pathetic arrangement of flowers waiting for her...no knock on door, no doorbell ring and yes, she was home. They were sloppily arranged and had several wilted flowers throughout. If we had to guess, the florist was probably notified by the individual who DID receive flowers and to try and cover-up their mistake they quietly left a bouquet by her front door that evening. I contacted FTD the next day and they immediately sent a request for an upgraded bouquet to be sent the next day (Thursday). No delivery all day on Thursday. After speaking with FTD again this afternoon (Friday, 3 days later from the original delivery date) the rep decided to call the florist herself. After speaking with this florist, the FTD rep said "the florist wasn't helpful at all and refused to re-deliver the flowers because they did nothing wrong and never send out wilted flowers". Thankfully FTD didn't buy that and went with another florist in the area. We send many flowers to my MIL and we'll be certain to never allow FTD to use this florist in the future. All you had to do was resend decent flowers we paid for and this review could have been much different."
