"For Valentine's day my hubby ordered the "Blooming hearts w/ mug with extra love. It was literally $20 for delivery. But the disappointment was that it came in a cheap tin container and not a mug. When I called they explained that corporate never sent the mugs and their website clearly states the container may be different. I told her I was aware of this but if a keepsake is ordered they should replace it with a different keepsake. Also, strawberries were tiny and pressed up against the wrap smearing chocolate and sprinkles. They offered some chocolate covered strawberries as compensation which we declined. I hope they do better in the future because they're the only game in town."
