Serrano Flowers

"I ordered an arrangement for a coworker who had lost a family member. Serrano Flowers did an absolutely beautiful arrangement that was even nicer than the photo online. The flowers were fresh and it was ready at the time I asked for them to have it ready as I was picking it up personally. I would definitely order from them again!"

"I had a special order that was supposed to come 3 times to my address… flowers were never delivered… I had to call 1800-flowers for 4 days to get my flowers that were eventually just cancelled… the lady at Serrano was rude to my concerns and hung up on me…. I’ll never recommend this flower shop…. I give them no stars"

"Purchased flowers yesterday for my mom birthday. Received a notification the flowers were delivered at the same time I was on the phone with my mom, so told her to go outside. No one there nor flowers. Call Serrano Flower shop and they say it’s still on the van. Will be there soon. Hours later, nothing and now the shop is closed. Phone service takes a message n says someone will call me. No one called me. Called Saturday morning serval times and no answer. Finally at 130p, GiGi answers and her customer service is poor n unprofessional. No apology, no remorse just attitude. Even having the nerve to say, the delivery guys must have missed her so he coming today. That’s a lie. My mom ring camera with no deliveries for the day also proves that’s a lie. Then she said you want a delivery or what?! In an anoxious n rude manner. No GiGi, I don’t want the delivery nor will I ever spend money here again!"
