"I had a great experience ordering flowers for delivery from a distance. I gave them three words to describe what I wanted, a budget, and provided my payment info. For reference, the three words were chic, tall, and monochromatic. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement the next day and the recipient aid they were the most beautiful she’d ever received."

"Worst flower shop I've ever dealt with. Owner is rude & doesn't know how to run a business clearly. I called to order flowers for mother's day the person answering said they would call me back because they weren't sure if they could take care if it. I said sure no problem (pretty ridiculous considering I called another flower shop immediately after this one & they knew whether they could take care of the order or not... & They could). They finally call me back saying they can take the order, I go through 15 minutes of being put on hold, them up selling me, etc. but still go through with the order. After taking my information credit card number delivery address etc. I get put on hold yet again, then finally someone comes on & says we actually can't deliver your flowers we're too busy. Obviously I'm uneasy now because they just took all my information and said it would be processed & delivered. After talking for another 10 minutes they say actually we can deliver the flowers (ya I know it's very confusing). I told them I sympathize with the fact they're so busy but this is a bit ridiculous & I don't feel very confident the flowers are going to be delivered. They assured me they would be so we hung up. 10 minutes later I get a call back from the owner telling me she doesn't appreciate how I talked to her staff (which makes no sense whatsoever) it's normal for a customer to feel uneasy if they're told back & forth things are happening then they're not happening & then a credit card number is given out. She called me back being extremely rude making it my fault the flowers couldn't be delivered when we all know the real reason is because they have no idea what's going on there & couldn't handle the order. She continued to try to reprimand me to ensure me the reason the flowers won't be delivered is because of my attitude. Ended with saying good luck finding flowers right before mother's day all the florists won't even take orders. I called Everblooming Floral & Gift & they were extremely kind & could handle the delivery with no issue. If you want great service & a place that knows what they're doing I wouldn't call Yorba Linda Flowers. Wish I could give 0 stars but it's not an option unfortunately because they still haven't refunded the money... Don't trust this incompetent place"

"Yorba Linda Flowers far exceeded my expectations for my wedding flowers and offered a very reasonable price for the arrangements they created. Le and Rob are very kind and easy to work with. Their main concern was to ensure that I was satisfied with the flower arrangements they created for my wedding and they certainly delivered. I envisioned a tropical bohemian feel and that is exactly what I got. The pictures I have included with this post speak volumes as to Le's creativity and how lovely their work is. I would definitely use Yorba Linda Flowers again. They made my wedding day beautiful."

"I had to send flowers to wife for her birthday and I looked online for a 5 stars flowers shop and found Robert's business who answered the phone,after a very friendly conversation i told him I was needed of pink roses for my wife's birthday but they had to be delivered by noon time. He promised me to bring them to my wife around noon time and that's what he did. Once he delivered the roses he took the time to take a pic of my wife with the roses and he sent me a text to let me know my girl was happy. Thank you Roberto....great job!"
