Thank you so much for chatting with me while I waited and you definitely earned a returning customer. I also included another photo of an arrangement they had put on display."

"DO NOT COME HERE!!! NO REFUND!! My boyfriend told me he ordered me valentine's day flowers from this place. But it was never delivered. They stated they left it at the business but it was never received. He called multiple times to ensure it would be sent early in the morning, but as the day passed he got anxious and requested for it to at least arrive before 4pm as my company closes at that time. I even stayed until 4:30pm but nothing arrived! He was frustrated because they gave vague responses, and so he demanded that if it didn't arrive at that time, he would request a refund. At that time, they acknowledged. This was over a $100 purchase and my boyfriend tried to ask for a refund, but they stated it was left outside of the business, and therefore delivered. But if it was left outside overnight, anyone could have picked it up. They refused to give a refund and was not only yelling, but was also condescending when speaking to my boyfriend. IF YOU WANT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS IT!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE."

"my valentines day flowers never got delivered in time. they do not offer tracking number or any sort of obvious information for delivery services. i called twice to ask to prioritize the shipment and i've ordered it online to be delivered way in advanced. i will be asking for a refund and i would not shop here ever again. Now they are not even picking up my phone calls."

"Worst experience with these people.I ordered the flowers for my wife last week to be delivered today and i even called them in the morning and told them to please deliver the flowers before 4 pm and they told me that it is not guaranteed but we will see and i again called them around 3 pm and told them please talk to your driver and tell them to expedite the order they put me on hold for half an hour and then i called them again many time they didn’t pick the call and they were keep putting me on busy and then i called them from different number then they pick it up. Worst service ever these people do very bad customer service. Never coming back to these people they ruined my Valentine’s Day"
