For this Valentine's Day I had no choice but to place my floral order online (which I hate doing). Although, I ended up placing it online I ended up calling this shop in order to inquire about my selection. "Paid $160 for a deluxe arrangement for Valentine’s Day. Received a non deluxe smaller than grocery store bouquet. Flowers looked dead and dwindling within 24hrs. I’ve ordered bouquets several times and have always been satisfied. Big arrangements that last a long time for lower rate. I don’t know what happened but super disappointed and will find a new flower place. My trader Joe flowers are bigger last longer and only $24"
