"I needed flowers and usually I just go to Target or Ralphs but this was a different occasion where I wanted a bit nicer flowers. I called in to see if they were open and that I needed something same day which she invited me into her store. I didn't really know what I wanted but I told her I needed them for a funeral. She asked for a budget and I told her I didn't want to spend more than $100. She then asked if I could give her 15 mins. I came back in 15 mins and was delighted to see beautiful flowers ready for me. If you ever need quick flowers for a special occasion. Please reach out and check them out. "DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! The floral arrangement that was advertised online was not what was delivered. I decided to order flowers for my mom’s 4 month death anniversary and have them delivered to her home where her ashes are at. I found a beautiful arrangement with long stemmed red roses and a tall vase. The flowers were delivered and my dad sent me a picture, they did not look anything like the picture. Not only was it a short vase, but the roses were not long stem, and it had added white flowers to it. Don’t get me wrong Lillie’s and hydrangeas are beautiful but I chose that specific design for a reason. I called the florist and Yu she gave me excuses as to why they couldn’t make the design I chose. I told her I COMPLETELY understood but would have liked a call to explain that to me beforehand so I at least had the option to choose their alternative design or a refund. I wasn’t given that choice, they tried to deliver something I hadn’t ordered. The designer stated that she would go pick up the flowers and deliver my design on a different date, but that she couldn’t guarantee the design I chose since she didn’t have the vase. I told her that I would just prefer a refund instead, she then stated that they would refund me but pick up the arrangement from my moms house. I have never dealt with any type of business that does this… I am NOT trying to get free flowers, but that is just so unprofessional to me. And I would not want to put my dad through that when he is already mourning the loss of my mother. The designer also kept saying things like “be thankful we are alive to fix and resolve this, I had a friend who just died of covid”…. Ummmm i just lost my mom to cancer, 6 days after being diagnosed…. So please don’t tell me what I should be thankful for or to be considerate of. I got extremely frustrated and just hung up and left it as is. I didn’t have the energy to argue with her or try to make her understand how ghetto it is to go and pick up the arrangement and then possibly not have a replacement until the next day or a few days later. I was missing and mourning my mom on this anniversary and this florist turned a mn emotional and intimate moment into an ugly situation. Update: They called the following day and stated they would create the right design and deliver them to my parents house. IT WAS NEVER DONE! So I’m keeping my review as is"

"Maribel took care of the flowers for our wedding. At the time, the wedding was in Huntington Beach, I was in Austin Texas and my Husband was in Berkeley. I spoke with Maribel on the phone, and she was SO flexible with helping us create the vision we wanted. I texted her photos that I had for inspiration, let her know our budget, and she just took over. Working with Maribel means working with someone who has your best interests in mind. She worked with me on arrangement styles to make things look more elegant with the budget we had. Her arrangements were stunning. A few days before the wedding the weather changed and we had to move the ceremony from outdoor to indoor and Maribel went and got candles to make the indoor set up just as beautiful. The day of the wedding I also wasn't able to catch her before she left, but people are still talking about the ceremony, my bouquet and the center pieces.
