"Very nice arrangements but I would not recommend the delivery services. Delivery is subcontracted and the driver called my wife asking where he could park and if she could meet him down at the lobby, really took away from the surprise. Too bad I prepaid the driver's tip."

"I called the shop in regards to my order when I realized it did not come with a vase. They were able to do an add-on before the delivery so the recipient didn't need to find a vase big enough for the arrangement. I really appreciated the update from the shop regarding estimated time of arrival to the recipient! I get sooo excited when I send flowers and the anticipation kills me not knowing when they will arrive. I also really appreciated a photo of the flowers before they were delivered so I could see exactly what the recipient would be getting. Overall, the customer service and communication was great- probably the best experience I've had with any of the flower shops I've worked ordered from to date! "I called them late morning to deliver a birthday arrangement for my friend. I thought they were not going to be able to make delivery before my friend's lunch time. They told me to expedite to place order over phone instead of going to website. I told them I would follow up on delivery later that afternoon so I can call my friend and ask her if she liked my surprise. Maggie's customer service was so great and went beyond my expectations. Not only did they deliver on time (although I ordered it late) but they called me before I did to tell me they had made delivery. Also, super great pricing for the super nice and unique arrangements. I strongly recommend."
