I was able to place the order over the phone and the sales associate said they would send me a picture the night before the service and my receipt. Like clockwork, the night before I received a picture and a video of the arrangement as well as my receipt for my records. The flowers were so beautiful and tasteful, we were so happy with them. The delivery team even sent me pictures of the arrangement on the coffin and photos of the set up of the funeral service since I live out of state and wasn't able to attend.
