"I purchased my order for same day. I was trying to get in contact all day for my order to make sure it was going to get delivered I ordered BLUE bouquet of roses and a personal message card and when I finally got in contact with the shop they told me to pick up my order I let them know I ordered for delivery. I had to Uber my delivery and just for them to tell me they ran out of blue roses and made my bouquet in a rush and forgot my personal message card. I don’t understand if my order was already placed why was it made in a rush."
