"Booked a room at the Montrose for my fiancee's birthday weekend, and I cannot say enough about the hospitality we were shown. The accommodations were great, but Amber at the front desk was the real highlight. When she heard we were newly engaged and celebrating a birthday she upgraded us to a beautiful suite for free. That was by no means at all expected, but it was such a great and all too rare touch that really made us feel special. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Amber!"

"Incredible rooms & location! Dinged for a couple things: 1. Hidden fees especially $15/night for housekeeping but they didn’t come the whole week (no dishes/cutlery/wash soap for kitchen). 2. None of my TVs casting worked. 3. Two days with no wifi (no reason). 4. Each room has a smoking balcony, but you cannot smoke (even though that’s all the balcony is for as you can’t fit anything else and no sun)."

"A wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel! Just enough off of the beaten path that it is quiet but also close to the excitement of Sunset and Beverly Hills. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Montrose. Staff were amazing - helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly. The roof top pool was the cherry on top for us. We rarely hang out at our hotel - especially during the day and in a new city, but the pool and Eduardo's margaritas had us hooked. Thanks for a great experience, Montrose staff!"
