"Dr. Lenz is very impersonal, and doesn't seem to care about her patients wellbeing. It's very hard to reach her by phone, and she will not talk to you like most doctors will. She will only text you two days later to tell you that she's unavailable....so if your having a crisis, forget about it, this lady will not be moved. She is only concerned if she will make money off of your insurance, and receiving a $75 late fee if you cancel an appointment .....which by the way will leave you stressed out and anxious because it hard to connect with her by phone. She was not very engaging during our session, and she didn't seem to care about my problems. I hate to write this, but l was very disappointed, displeased, and hurt by her actions. If you are looking for a doctor that is available, caring, and empathetic, look elsewhere...you have been warned!!"
