"Boy. I've never been treated so dismissively by a local company. I called about getting flowers for the next day. I understand companies aren't magic, and can't make things happen out of thin air. However, a little effort, and courtesy, goes a long way. The man I spoke to made very little effort, and made it sound as if I was a burden to his day. Next...
