Edible Arrangements

"They are horrible, I order an arrangement for my boyfriend on his birthday. With plenty of notice. They failed to deliver it to him on the actual day. He was located in sacramento, so not a small town or hard to find. It didn't get delivered until the next day, which completely ruined the surprised. He was at work until 5PM and they failed. No apologies or discount offered. Just a " sucks to sucks" attitude."

"Lindsay and Diego are amazing employees there! Diego definitely help me and be patient with me placing an order for my mom. He was great on recommending things and what I like and make sure that everything was well set for us. Unfortunately there was a Misha in my order. I called the store Lindsay answer the phone she was great on fixing the problem and she was also very sweet and great customer service skills. Besides a little mishap at my order I truly appreciate Lindsay and Diego."

"I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. It was my first time going to the Edible arrangements in Stockton and unfortunately MY LAST. I ordered a cute little bouquet of pineapples and strawberries. The pineapples were fine, it was the rotting strawberries that got me. As a business with food/ fruit items YOU must check that all fruit are fresh! That’s a MUST and that wasn’t done here. It was an embarrassment because the bouquet was for my sister, celebrating her birthday. She instantly told me to get my money back more than 2 strawberries had to be thrown out. I don’t live out there so I wasn’t able to go back to the store and tell them about this. Still love edible arrangements but that location has definitely lost a customer."

"It's a very wonderful place to get your edible arrangements, snacks, froyo fruit shake, and smoothie. The customer service was excellent, the store is very clean, well decorated during the holidays, and on regular days. The location is excellent, easy to access, surrounded by the movie theater, restaurants, a barbershop, lots of parking space, a parking garage is opposite the store, customer service was superb. They offer delivery service and pick up, you can order online or over the phone. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone looking to buy some edible arrangements for any occasion, you can customize your very own greeting card to your hearts desire for a very cheap price."
