"Delivery is not so great, I ordered a present with fruit for my wife on her birthday to get delivered and they told me it will be delivered by 6:30 or 7 and I told him my wife gets out at 5 o'clock and she works down the street. They should have a better Delivery Systems where you can tell them a good time to deliver. I think its better if you pick up the order and deliver it yourself, at least it will be on time."

"I just ordered a beautiful fruit arrangement for my sister’s birthday. When the delivery driver attempted to deliver the arrangement to my sister’s home, she’d already left her home without me knowing. The delivery driver named Yas contacted me to tell me she couldn’t reach anyone at my sister’s home. I live in a different city and unfortunately couldn’t reach my sister either by phone. I asked Yas if she would be able to make the delivery to another address and I would pay her extra. Yas told me she’d be glad to help me out and no additional money or gratuity would be necessary…just a simple, THANK YOU! I was shocked because gas prices are well over $6 a gallon in the Bay Area! Thank you Yas for going the extra mile (figuratively and literally)…you made my day, but more importantly, you made my sister’s day because she received her beautiful fruit arrangement! Thanks again!"
"Edible Arrangements uses single use plastic sticks and styrofoam. It would be easy to find biodegradable components but they would rather make a buck and create more waste."
